This is a directly managed shop run by Nabeten, a long-established sake brewery in Narita with a history of over 300 years. We have a wide selection of carefully selected Japanese sake, including the local sake “Chomeisen,” which is also offered as a sacred sake to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. Inside the store, there is a tasting counter where you can casually taste Japanese sake for a fee, and you can find your favorite flavor while listening to explanations from the expert staff, from sweet to super dry to seasonal raw unprocessed sake. Sake brewery tours are also available by reservation. There are plenty of souvenirs such as amazake made from sake lees, sweets, and pickles, allowing you to experience Japan’s profound sake brewing culture and the charm of fermentation with all five senses.
